The city of Mutare has rolled out sleeves gearing to complete the outstanding works of the Sakubva Stadium to ensure that the facility meets the requirement.

Recently the deputy minister of Youth Cde Tino Machakaire toured the facility and pledged government support to roll out part of the outstanding works. 

Already the local authority has made serious investment, perimeter wall has been completed, razor wire and the perimeter fence is expected to start next week.

Work to improve the turf is progressing well, with official busy weeding the playfield.

the expansion of the changing room is set to start this week and currently, the place is being leveled by a grader.
