  3. Provision and maintenance of roads infrastructure.
  4. Provision and maintenance of public lighting.
  5. Town Planning and development control.
  6. Provision of civil protection, fire and disaster management services.
  7. Management of transportation system
  8. Provision and Maintenance of buildings.
  9. Maintenance of vehicles, plant and equipment.
  10. Provision of valuation services.
  11. Provision of land survey services

Who  We Are:

Mutare City Council is a Local Government Authority which draws its mandate from the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15]. Our mandate is elaborated in our mission statement.
