The Expenditure Section is responsible for:-

  1. Expenditure costing, control and payment
  2. Daily cash posting of payments to the  cashbook
  3. Preparation of monthly expenditure listings
  4. Preparation of utility bills
  5. Creditors reconciliation and invoicing
  6. Bank Reconciliations
  7. Preparation of VAT and informal traders tax returns
  8. Authorization of payments
  9. Preparation of monthly reports
  10. Filing of payment vouchers

Who  We Are:
