The Gender Policy aims to achieve the equal representation of women and men in all decision making structures of local governance.

This Clients Charter is a management tool established through consultations with stakeholders and clients with the view to improve service delivery and enhance good corporate governance. Special mention should be made to MISA, RTI and IDAZIM who facilitated and funded the workshops which culminated in the formation of the Clients Charter
